MİNİSTRY`S COLLEGİUM

In accordance with Article 5.10 of the Regulations of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, adopted by Decree No. 119 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of June 6, 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan hereby resolves as follows:

The number of collegium members of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall consist of nine members as follows:

Chairman of the Collegium

• Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Members of the collegium:

• First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Deputy Ministers of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Minister of Culture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic
• Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Head of the State Service of Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development, and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Head of the Baku City Main Department of Culture
• Director of the Azerbaijan National Library, named after M.F. Akhundzadeh.

Sections 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 146 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of June 14, 2006, On the Composition of the Collegium of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2006, No. 6, Article 574; 2007, No. 11, Article 1180; 2008, No. 7, Article 691; 2011, No. 12, Article 1254; 2014, No. 10, Article 1327; 2015, No. 4, Article 455, No. 6, Article 798, No. 10, Article 1247; 2016, No. 6, Article 1191) are hereby repealed.
