The training for the Heads of the Institutions under the Ministry of Culture has concluded

As previously announced, from May 13 to May 17, training was organized by the Ministry of Culture for the principals and deputy principals of music, art schools, and centers under the Baku City Culture Department and the Absheron-Khizi Regional Culture Department.

Training sessions were organized at Children's Art School No. 2, named after Vagif Mustafazadeh. The sessions were divided into six different groups of 70 people. The topics covered included "Manager's Mindset", "Effective Communication", "Emotional Intelligence", “Four Ley Leadership Attributes”, "SWOT analysis and Planning", along with "Time Management."

During the training led by the experts from the Center for Research and Development in Education, the attendees participated in a range of practical tasks and gained knowledge on improving efficiency in staff management.

In the five-day project, principals and deputy principals of arts schools and music centers explored, with the trainers, the theoretical benefits and efficiency of task analysis. The training was wrapped up by presenting certificates to each participant.

It should be noted that the training sessions were organized in accordance with the relevant subsection of the Action Plan of "Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026" approved by the Order of July 22, 2022, of President Ilham Aliyev.

Based on contemporary world experience, the training covers issues such as stakeholder identification, enhancing managers' management knowledge to align with the demands of the new era. They also provide understanding of the processes they oversee, increase their ability to manage their teams effectively, emphasize modern school management methods, improve management skills in the areas of culture and creativity, and identify their strengths and weaknesses, and threads, and opportunities.
