Museums to open their doors on the occasion of Youth Day

February 2 is National Youth Day in Azerbaijan. Every year, the country celebrates this significant day, which was established by a decree signed by President Heydar Aliyev in 1997.

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan carries out projects to effectively organize the free time of youth and ensure that they learn about the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan through museums.

In connection with National Youth Day, an Open Doors Day for youth will be held on February 1-2 in the museums operating under the Ministry of Culture. People aged 14 to 29 will be granted free entrance to museums.
