The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, under the organization of the "Culture Volunteers" Public Union, announces a 3-month internship program for final-year bachelor students, master students, and recent graduates. This program aims to provide talented young individuals with professional work experience as well as deep knowledge and skills in international relations and culture. The internship program allows young participants to work within a dynamic team of experts and take an active role in organizing events with international intergovernmental cultural organizations.
Purpose of the Program:
- To increase the knowledge and skills of young individuals in international relations and culture.
- To improve professional growth and career prospects in the field of culture
- To promote the contribution of young people in the organization of international projects
- To develop human resources in the field
Requirements:
- Academic background in international relations, international law, political science, management, or related areas
- Fluency in both English and Azerbaijani (note: additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team and be proactive
- Proficiency with office software
- A broad world view and erudition
- Promptness, responsibility, and strong discipline
- Commitment to physically work at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan 5 days a week, either full or half time, for a period of 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the preparation and implementation of international projects
- Performing research and analysis, developing concepts, and creating presentations
- Supporting collaboration and coordination with foreign partners
- Carrying out additional technical tasks as required
