Moscow Film Week was organized by the Creative Industries Agency of the Russian Federation from August 23 to 28.
Among the countries participating in the event were the USA, Turkiye, India, China, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, UAE, and others.
The project provides a convenient platform for establishing contacts between the international professional film community and key figures of the Russian film industry.
During Moscow Film Week, Rashad Azizov, Head of the Department of Creative Industries and Digital Development, represented the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the Moscow Film Week. He took part in the panel discussions on "Creative Economy" and emphasized in his speech that Azerbaijan pays special attention to the strategic development of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) through grants and educational programs. He mentioned that grant and educational programs and activities of the Creative Center in support of young start-ups are aimed at strengthening the CCI sector of the country and raising its global standing. During the event, he also met with representatives of the creative industries of various countries.
During the first Moscow Film Week, participants had the opportunity to learn about leading projects in the creative sector from various countries. Participants included the representatives of international film commissions, film industry executives, and experts from 25 countries.
