The Kazakh State Theater for Children and Youth named after G. Mursepov performed on the stage of the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater within the framework of the days of culture on November 3.
The visiting theater staged a performance “Garagoz” based on the literary work of the same name by the classic of Kazakh literature, writer and playwright Mukhtar Auezov (1897-1961).
The play directed by set-up producer Farhad Moldaghali, tells the ill-fated love of two young people who became victims of old traditions: the beautiful Garagoz and the young poet Sirim.
The stage performances by Madina Ozervayeva, Nurjan Asilkhan, Maksat Rakhmet, etc. received long ovations.
It’s worth mentioning that Kazakhstan descriptive art exhibition will be open at the Heydar Aliyev Center on December 4, and a gala concert will be held by the masters of art of our friendly country.
