A film was presented at the Russian House in Baku on April 11 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Fikret Amirov, a well-known Azerbaijani composer who received state awards and was a People's Artist of the USSR.
Representatives from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the diplomatic corps, and various artists attended the event.
The screenwork that portrayed the life and creative works of the great musician received a positive response.
The Ministry of Culture ordered the production of this movie in 2022, and it was first shown at Heydar Aliyev Palace on December 19 of the same year. Vagif Mustafayev is the scriptwriter and director of this feature documentary film, with Orkhan Abbasov as the cameraman, Asgar Rahimov as the editing director, and Nazim Huseynov as the producer.
